Over the last couple of months people have been telling me they have sent in a form but I have not been getting them to my email. Some come through but after logging into jotform I am finding all these submissions that have never reached my email. What is the problem?

Hi,
When I took a look at the logs, I can not find any emails that were reported as FAILED. This means that there was no issues sending them and that we did not receive any notifications such as bounced emails.
What I would presume is that you might be using different devices to access the email and on some using the email clients instead of accessing through the webmail account which would allow any of the clients or the webmail account itself to mark some emails as spam, trash or bulk.
You can also check the email logs for yourself here: View jotform email history
Please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.
Do note that some clients can remove the emails immediately if seen as spam and that spam and trash folders get cleaned over some time.
To avoid it happening in future I would suggest checking this guide: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
Do let us know how it goes.
Best Regards,
Ben
