How do I receive unsecure submissions?

Sent you an email last week, and got a reply saying to go to embed and uncheck secure.  I did that.   But I am still be counted for secure forms.   Why?

Please share the web page URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look why you are still receiving SSL submissions.

Please be noted that just ensuring that the "Secure Form" check box is unchecked will not be sufficient. Basically you need uncheck the "Secure Form" check box and then grab your form's non-secure embed code and use it in your web page. Please check the screenshot below:
