    Error when trying to print submissions from the inbox panel

    When I try to print my responses it comes up with print preview failed and I cannot print the form. Any ideas?  Using a Mac and problem with both Safari and Chrome. Thanks.

    Hi,

    Could you please tell us if the issue is when you try to print out the form from the form itself or when you try to do so from the Submissions Panel?

    Hi, we click on the inbox and when the form comes up. click the icon of the printer.  It then says print preview failed and will not allow us to print the response.  Thanks!

    Hi David,

    Usually when a print preview fails something is not right with printer. I have tested it out on my side and it is working properly for me.

    Can you please try using FireFox instead and see if that causes the same issues? I suggest FireFox since it is not based on webkit engine as Google and Safari are.

    If the issue is still there, please try opening a document and to preview it as if you are going to print it to see if it allows you to do so and if it does, then we can role out the issue being caused by the printer.

    Hi Ben 

    You're right.  We can print using Explorer on a PC or Firefox on a Mac or PC, so the issue is Safari and Chrome.  But, it looks like we can also just click on "submissions" and print from there using any browser, so this is the easiest fix.  Thanks for your help - problem solved!
