I have clients who have difficulty completing forms due to poor internet connection, crummy operating system, whatever. Is it possible to save the form as a Word document so that I can just do it the old-school way and send them the form questions via a Word doc that they can fill out and send me. They are about to pull their hair out, and they will absolutely not be giving it another try.
I tried searching the forum but couldn't find any info, thanks!

Hi,
Unfortunately no. You can save it as a PDF Document though.
User guide: -How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form
Compared to Word document, I would say PDF format have smaller process signature... so, it is actually lighter and more viable to use if you intend to electronically transport it on those 'dial-up' like internet connections.
Hope this help. Please let us know if there is more we can assist you with.
Thanks.

Additionally:
This lightweight PDF writer should also help to allow writing/editing on PDF documents.
Please understand though that JotForm do not support this PDF editor.. I am merely personally suggesting a PDF writer that I had experienced using.
Thanks.
