New Designer is taking a long time to save, have tried it in multiple browsers, please help.

As I check the Form Designer at the moment, it seems to be working fine. This issue could have caused due to some latency issues and it should be resolved now.
Could you try saving your JotForm once again from the designer and let us know if the issue still persists? We will be happy to look into this issue further.
