Pass values from one form to anotherAsked by mybackcracker on January 14, 2015 at 10:31 AM
I can not find a thread that explains it..I read it before but can not find it..
I have a full name field and date on one form that I need to populate through to other forms...
Form A is the intake form. Some of the information on form A will go on to other forms...The patients name and the date should pass on to other forms.
My question is, can you point me to the thread that explains how to pass full name from one form to another and is there a way to have this data populate multiple forms? Can I only do one post redirect?

in addition to the name, some fields from the intake form would also populate this form
You can see here more details on how to send values from one form to another.
"Can I only do one post redirect"
I'm not sure if I understood you right. Do you mean that the first form could pass values to several forms?
If so it is possible to pass values to several other forms, you just need to edit the other forms' urls by applying the same process the same process described on the guide and display them in the thank you page/email notification:
If I failed to understand your inquiry please accept me apologies and provide more details on this.
