Pass values from one form to another

I can not find a thread that explains it..I read it before but can not find it..
I have a full name field and date on one form that I need to populate through to other forms...
Form A is the process form. Some of the information on form A will go on to other forms...The patients name and the date should pass on to other forms.
My question is, can you point me to the thread that explains how to pass full name from one form to another and is there a way to have this data populate multiple forms? Can I only do one post redirect?

I'm not sure if I understood you right. Do you mean that the first form could pass values to several forms?

If so it is possible to pass values to several other forms, you just need to edit the other forms' urls by applying  the same process the same process described on the guide and display them in the thank you page/email notification:
