Deleting submissions does not reset my upload storage

Hi,

I cleaned up and deleted all my submission but it did not free up any space in my uploaded space. Do I have to do anything else?

Hi Ginna,

You seem to have few forms on your trash folder with few submissions in it, maybe that's the reason why. Try to purge (permanently delete) that form if you don't need it anymore, that might help resolve the problem.
