How can I create a form via mobile device

I am learning more about this program JotForm. I would like to know if i can create a form on the fly - meaning on my cell phone, ipad or any other device other than my computer. I would like to make real-time changes and updates to my forms, while I'm on traveling, without having to go to my computer. Is it possible for this program to do that from my mobile phone or ipad?

Yes you can use JotForm to create forms on the fly. You can search over 7 thousand forms available in the form gallery and use it easily without building from scratch. http://www.jotform.com/form-templates/. We also have the following tool where you can create forms, enter recipient emails even on guest mode. Meaning you can do all of it in an instant without logging in to your account. http://instant.jotform.com/. Just pick a form, enter your email and your form is ready.

We also have Android and iOS apps available where it allows you to manage your form submissions, check, delete and receive submissions on the go! :)

However, please take note that the form builder does not support mobile devices at the moment. You can't use your mobile to build form from scratch or update your form fields. You have to do the field updates on your desktop.
