If product is deselected, size field stays visible

I have made up a form that allows our members to order clothing from our site. I has over twenty items in at present and I have attached the "cutdown" version.

The question is. At the top there are radio buttons referring to each category, when the user "selects" one of the various items in that category they appear, so far so good. The items have the option to select a quantity from a dropdown (DD) in conjunction with the item, and then shows other DDs for size etc., again so far so good. If the user selects two categories and selects one item from each category, fills in all the size colour etc and then goes to submit, the total items ordered and the total value are shown. Now.... if the user decides that they do not want one of the items and unselects a category without re-setting the item  that they don't want to "zero" the  size DDs stay visible. As the appearance of the size etc is controlled by the condition attached to the Quantity DD is there a way to change the condition to hide the DDs that should not be visible. I think my solution to this is to get the Quantity to revert to zero when the category is unselected, I cannot see any way of doing it with a condition.

I hope this is understandable !!

Any suggestion as how my problem could be solved? I have a feeling that there no answer......... go on prove me wrong !!!!!

I added form-collapses (hidden and open) before any category so that would simplify conditions:

This way when I wanted to show a category I only need to select the form collapse, instead of selecting all the fields of that category:

I also disabled all the conditions that were hiding fields. I believe they were creating conflict with the other conditions.
