    We upgraded our account but our form and account was disabled

    Hello

    Our account (joyinthejourneyadoption) was a free account. We created a form for over a 100 people to submit their information to us and emailed out the link last night. We immediately began getting the submission and it was working great. Then we received an email from Jotform saying we were going to have our form/account disabled today at 12pm if we didn't upgrade because we had already used our maximum allowable submissions. We upgraded using the link provided in the email. Last night we paid for a one year subscription using Paypal and got our paypal confirmation email for the premium yearly subscription. 

     

    At 12pm today we got an email saying our form was disabled because we didn't upgrade! We are still waiting on over 50 people to complete this form and must have it activated. We paid the upgrade fee and don't understand why our account was disabled. We need to have this situation fixed immediately as there is very time sensitive information on this form and because we have already paid to upgrade our account.

    Please log off from your current session and log back in. You should be able to see your account under the Premium Plan.

    I've also checked your form and it's being displayed correctly now.
