I have a form where I ask for an address and phone number.

But since I am hiding the label field I cant sync it with infusionsoft thru the infusionsoft widget.

So I created duplicate fields with the label below the form. But when I go to add the condition to copy the two fields above. address and phone number. It only pulls down the numbers and not the entire field. HOw do I copy the field as text not a number?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us for support. I am more than happy to help out. Base on my checks on your form, it appears that you are using a textbox to collect the customer's telephone number. So when the conditional logic that have put in place is triggered, a calculation is being carried out on what was entered and the results are being placed in the second field. Regrettably, even if the textboxes are configured to Alphabetic, the entered information is still being calculated.

    Work Around

I did a test with the "Phone Field" and it worked perfectly when transferring from one field to another. But, both field would have to be of the same type for this to work.

Here is a test form I created: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50146745208958
