tchamberAsked on January 16, 2015 at 4:51 PMIf adding an "edit" feature to the embedded reports relies on the number of people who request it then I will add myself to this list. I too find it crucial to be able to edit/add data to form submissions with no email notifications or having to go to the jotform site, but simply being able to click "edit" from my own site in which the report is embedded. This does exist with competing form creators, such as Zoho, so it is feasible.

Hi,
Thank you for providing more details about the feature request.
I have submitted a feature request ticket already to have EDIT functionality feature when using built in JotForm Reports.
Also, just in case you are not aware yet, you can actually embed a JotForm Report in a web page and edit the report (the report can be edited, but it will not reflect on the existing submission)
Example, -How-to-create-an-Excel-Report
You can share the Excel report by embedding it on a web page. Everyone can see the content of the Report and the report data can be edited.

We will let you know when we have update on the feature request.
Thanks.

Good news!
Edit link functionality has just been implemented for Grid and Table (HTML) reports.
Thank you very much for the great suggestion.
Kind regards
