Not receiving email data from my form submission.

    I'm a current user.  I am receiving payments for my classes (via PayPal) but not registration forms with name, age, etc necessary to complete registrations.  It seems like some changes happened to the form so that I'm not receiving the typical email with the reg info.  I have not made any changes to the form and it was working up until the past week. 

    Can you advise?

    Hi Chellie,

    Can you please try first adding a new Notifier in your jotform using the Add New Email button.


    user guide: -Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    Then, test and check the submission email again.

    Let us know if issue persist even after doing this already.
