Hey Team
The final approver on this ccrouch@raywhite.com has been receiving these emails with code on it. Comes through fine to all other parties, but the final approver comes through strange. See attached PDF with how it arrives. Is there a way to fix this?
Last time he deleted it as he thought it was spam.
Thank you,
Mirelle

Hi Mirelle,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same problem. Here's the problem I experienced:
It is related to your Form Field named "Off Market Deal?". Let me show you how you can fix it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Off Market Deal? field.
- Click on the Gear icon at the right of the field.
- Remove the styling from the field under Field Label. That's it.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Felizio,
Thanks for clarifying.
It's just the style of font used. Are you saying we can't use bold/italic and diff size fonts in Jotform?
I have removed bold from all fields now, but don't understand why you only mentioned the "Off Market Deal" section when I had used bold on every section and the other approvers form did not arrive like Cameron's did with code.
Can you explain this?

See...just the use of "BOLD".

Hi Mirelle,
Thanks for getting back to us. I suggested you remove bolding only from the "Off Market?" form field because the codes that appear in the emails were coming from it. It is also the only Multi-Line Question element on your form which increases the probability of it being the cause of the issue.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
