Embed wizard does not display the embed code.

I have a number of forms I've been making and using with Jotform. Everything has been going wonderfully, but tonight I created a new form, went to embed it in our facebook page as a lightbox (as my other forms are) and no code popped up. After looking at the other options it appears that nothing but the direct source linked that is always at the top of the embed window is populating. Thn i looked at all my forms - every one is having this issue. I signed out, back in, wiped my browser data (all of it), and even rebooted my computer - no change. I would appreciate any help or advice you could give me regarding this issue.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I did check your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. Your form's embed wizard does display the embed code correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

Please let us know with which browser you are having this issue with?

I would suggest you to take following steps:

#1. Clear your browser cache. The following guide should help you:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache 

#2. Restart your browser.

#3. Click on the following URL and the sign in to your JotForm account:  http://www.jotform.com/?noCDN=true 

If the issue persists, try to use some other browser.
