JotForm Quizz builder does not open any page.

Just wanted to let you know we cannot try this: http://www.jotform.com/quiz-builder/ because of a redirection loop.

Does someone else had the problem?

I did check the quiz URL you have shared and it seems to have redirect issue. Let me report this issue to our back end team. 

If I understand your question correctly, you want to build a quiz form. Is that correct? Please be noted that the correct app URL for "Quiz Form" app is:  http://apps.jotform.com/app/quiz_form This app should convert your existing form into a quiz form.
