Bom dia equipe do JOTFORM,
Estou tendo problema depois de 3 meses com a conta ARQUITETOS DA PIZZA.
Os emails enviados da conta firstname.lastname@example.orgÂ para os destinatarios estao caindo direto para spam , sabem me dizer o que esta ocorrendo?

If there is an option in your email program to mark these emails as NOT spam then please do so. This will help the filter to direct the email in your inbox instead in the spam folder.
Also, the email (email@example.com) is not on the bounce list.Â
Please check the email notification alert and see if settings are correctly configured like the sender name and sender email.
