The form used to allow at least 200 words submission. Now it is only 20 words

    Hello Jotform Team,

     

    Thank you for designing this amazing website. I created this from two months ago. Up to last week, my attendees were able to type in more than about 200 words in "paper abstract, presenter's bio and notes to the conference" however, this week, we got two emails saying that they are only able to type 20 words in these three places. Would you please help me figure out the reasons?

    Hi Maya,

    I've fixed it for you. You have 200 as the Max Length of the field in the field properties:

    200 is in the terms of characters. If you want to limit it in terms of Words, use the Entry Limit button:
