I can't get 3 simple fields to calculate - can anyone help?

    Hi - I have a form here: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/43575646960971

     

    I'm trying to get it to calculate the 3 fields - I followed jotform's instructions, but once I add more than one field the total field stops working.

     

    I don't write code at all and I'm very new to jotform, but I'm betting this is something simple for someone who's done these forms before?

     

    My customer wants this done ASAP but I just can't figure it out!

    If someone would be willing to help I'd greatly appreciate it!

    Hi Marc,

    First off, thank you for using Jotform! :)

    You actually did it right, nice one. The only thing you've missed since you're using numbers with text in it, is by assigning calculation values on each options. It's just basically separating the number from the text or you can a assign different value. To do that, just right click the field, click show properties.

    Example: Just put the numbers from your options.

    Nevermind, I have done it for your convenience. Kindly check the calculation field (radio and checkbox) properties now.

    Hello - I have a form I'm working on and it's not calculating the fields correctly again. Can someone please change that for me?They set it up last time and it worked.
