How to repeat the header on a matrix tool

I would like to use a matrix to collect data on reviewing over 100 items listed.

When I created this matrix, because there are so many items listed on the left hand side, when you scroll down at a certain point you no longer see the header row and are not sure what category you are reviewing.

Is there a way to repeat the header or show the header of a column as hover text in the fill in box as you scroll down the items listed on the left hand side of the matrix?  See my attached image.

Unfortunately, it's not possible. You can add the hover text, but the hover would only appear on top. You can't see it when you scroll down.

A workaround for this is to divide the names into a separate matrix fields. 10 rows per matrix are enough, for example:
