When a photo or file is uploaded via a form, is there a timeframe the link will be available?

I am looking to source information and photos (by uploading an image file)that outputs to a google spreadsheet. I may need to reference the link generated in the google spreadsheet to the photo for many years. At what point/timeframe would this become an issue, if ever?

It will not be available if you delete that submission, otherwise, it will be there all the time.
