Zapier - Jotform Integration Issue Error 502

    Same here. Started a few days ago. I suspect Jotform is limiting the frequency of API queries coming from zapier, most likely per account. You should be able to verify this by contacting them.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I confirm that Our Developer Team is aware of the problem and they are working on it right now. They were able to identify the root cause of the issue and need just a bit more time to come up with a solution. We'll let you know as soon as they get it fixed.

    Hi Mha,

    Thanks for your patience. Our developer Team has released a new Submission Trigger at Zapier that will overcome the issues you faced. When you set up new zaps only the new version will be shown to you like below:

    While updating an existing zap having the old version of the New Submission trigger, you will need to change the App on your zaps to the latest version of the Jotform app as shown below on Zapier:
