Jotform error message

Using our jotform on lufkinlanes.com parties tab ( http://lufkinlanes.com/bowling.asp?Page=Birthday+Parties)

is giving us an ' over quota ' error message. We are trying to find out what this is and how we may fix the problem. 

The reason is that your account reached the payment limit (which is only 10 per month), I've reactivated it temporary, but you must upgrade the account. Please go to pricing list and choose any of the plans: https://support.jotform.com/pricing
