I embedded my form in my website and now all the forms that I have made on your site aren't showing up on my web site. I am not sure why? Is there an error or something?

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. Several of your forms has fields asking for credit card details which makes it suspected of being used for phishing.
Please be noted that you should not ask credit card information from your users. If you need to process payments, please use one of our integrated payment tools.
All the suspected form needs to be deleted before we can activate your account again.
Do get back to us if you are okay with this. We will delete forms and activate your account again.

Which payment tool will allow me to collect the data and not process payment. Do to laws regarding travel agents I am not allowed to process the payments myself but must collect the data to forward it to the vendors, and allow them to process the information. I only request their CC after they have agreed to their trip. I costume each one of those but have removed them for now. But I would like to continue using your forms and on my anniversary of being in business was going to upgrade as my form submissions are growing. But if I CANNOT use the forms to collect the data I need I will have to regrettable go to your competitors.

Sorry to say but all our payment tools were developed to process payments and not store credit card information for your viewing. I understand that you will not be the one conducting the processes but collecting of such personal information without the use of any of our integrated payment tools will automatically result in an Auto Suspension.
Now, as per your request, the only payment tool that allows you to collect customer's credit card information and not process payment immediately would be Stripe.
As my colleague mentioned above, we will not be able to remove your account suspension until all fields requesting Credit Card information as been removed. I hope my suggestion was of some assistance to you and I will await your response.
