I checked your form and your account and both seem to be in order. Usually that message only occurs if you have set a submission limit on your form but I had a look and this is not the case:
Your account is well under its submission limits so your form would not be disabled for this reason either. I checked our admin logs and there was not activity so your account hasn't been disabled by us for any reason. As far as I can tell your form should be 100% working.
