Since January 12th of this year, I stopped receiving jotform new submissions in my email@example.com email addy.

I checked your forms notifications and it appears as though there is not sender address set for them:
Though I am unsure what may have cause this, changing this field in both of your notifications to "firstname.lastname@example.org" should allow you to receive your notifications once again.
