Why are Dropdown fields in Infusionsoft not showing up?

    Hi coachpalmer,

    I do apologize, I do not fully understand your issue.

    Is it that you are not seeing the dropdown box, that list your form fields when trying to create your InfusionSoft integration?

    If that is the case, please sign out of your account, clear your browser cache and sign in once again. Once you are sign in please try to create your integration once again.

    Or is the issue, that you are not seeing your dropdown fields in the list of fields to map in your form integration?

    If that is the case, please remove the current integration, sign out of your account, clear your browser cache and sign in once again. Please attempt to create the integration once again.

    The issue is that the dropdown fields in my infusionsoft are not showing up in the integration.

    When I kill the integration it kills all the integrations on all of my forms.  This seems a bit odd.

    I've checked your form and it currently has an integration with Google Spreadsheet. I assume that you already removed the Infusionsoft integration from it.

    If you are willing, please try to create it again so we can check it and provide assistance. Or, if you're ok with using the Google Spreadsheet instead please let us know.
