I checked your account and forms and everything appears to be working on my end. The folder names, form names and submission counts all show up. I am also unable to reproduce the issue of these disappearing.
I would recommend clearing your web browsers cache and cookies to see if that does anything. Also, if possible, try a different web browser all together.
If you are still having issues after trying that, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
