Can I look up data from a table

I would like to get data from a table when a user selects an option in a dropdown.

The situation is that I have several forms where the user chooses a club from the dropdown and I would get the email address for that club. At the moment I have the email address as the calculation value in the dropdown settings. But every time a club changes it's email address I have to go through all the forms and change it (and remember which forms to change).

If I could just have that information in one place, a table, and do a lookup using the club name, that would reduce errors.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks

    Hi admin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you mean you want to create a separate table where you can store the information about the club email address and which forms you need to make the changes on? Or do you mean you want to create a table on the individual form? It is currently not possible to make a table where you make the changes and those changes would be reflected on the forms. When the club changes the email address you will need to change the email address on the forms manually.

Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.

    Hello,

One separate table. Your statement "It is currently not possible to make a table where you make the changes and those changes would be reflected on the forms" is exactly what I want.

So I guess I'll just have to continue the way I am doing it now. Thanks for the clarification
