Can I import a PDF form to JotForm?

    Hello Jotform,

    I would like to know if its possible to make a pdf form a jotform in my account?

    Unfortunately, we don't have a tool that allows to convert a PDF form into a JotForm.

    However, you should be able to create a similar form using our form designer, or you can also check out the form templates and the theme store to find ready-to-use forms that you can use as starting point.
