I've been having trouble with my forms when it comes to people using the payment from another country. It seems like since the form asks for a currency, it then fails when someone tries to pay from another country. Have you ever seen this behavior?

Can you please tell us which country/currency they used?
From what I remember, a payer's country is determined from their Paypal account records, when they log in to their Paypal account to pay for the charges incurred by your payment form.
The currency they will pay with depends on the currency of their Paypal balance, or the credit/debit card associated with their Paypal account.
It is possible that the country/currency of the user paypal account is not supported by Paypal.
