How To Send Submissions Directly To Specific Persons For Verification Process?

I have a form that I am building that acts as a virtual service log for an organization that I participate in, as well as a completed form for sponsors of those service activities. It is difficult for these sponsors to know which students participate in which activities or remember which students from my organization were at their service events. I would like to know if there is a way for me to send information immediately from one form to the respondent of another, so that one student's service may be specifically verified, without having to send a spreadsheet of all students.
