Asked by nancycooke on January 29, 2015 at 07:04 AM

    Hi -

We have created a form and not all people can see it

    It is at
    https://www.bathspa.ac.uk/international-students/webinar-study-for-a-masters-degree-in-the-beautiful-world-heritage-city-of-bath

Please can you advise the best way to embed the form so everyone can see it?

I have used the Embed Code then Source Code and I can see it but everyone else I asked couldn't?

    Page URL:
    https://www.bathspa.ac.uk/international-students/webinar-study-for-a-m<br/>asters-degree-in-the-beautiful-world-heritage-city-of-bath

I see that you are having trouble with getting your jotform to appear to others.

I found that this problem is because you are using whats known as "Mixed Content".

This problem is happening because your website is secured with "HTTPS://" so because of that your embedded jotform url needs to match it or vice versa your website needs to match the form address prefix otherwise if not then the content ends up being blocked since this is how most site hosting settings are declared.

You would need to change your form url to a secured version or change your secured site to an unsecured version so that it matches your form to fully resolve this issue. However, be advised if you do this with your jotform then you would then be receiving SSL Submissions instead of Standard Submissions.

In addition to what I said just to show you what I meant by that I visited an unsecured version of your website page and if you look at the screenshot below you'll notice that with this your jotform does show.

It does appear that your site supports both secured and unsecured urls for your page. So I think that because of this the users who aren't seeing your jotform are likely ending up on your secured page. In that case it might be best to just point them to the unsecured page if you don't want to make any changes as an alternative.
