Es posible cargar campos diligenciados de un formulario a otro formulario

Tengo varios formularios que comparten campos, quisiera que los datos que se ingresan en el primer formulario se carguen en los otros.

I understand that you want to fill in the field names of the current JotForm from the previous JotForm. This is possible by setting up custom thank you page to send POST data using PHP.
