Can I limit the number of submissions of a form?

I want to create a registration for m that only allows for 10 - 16 registrations to go through. If someone tries to register once the limit is reached it will then reject all others registrations.

Yes it is possible.

Please select preferences > form limits and add a number in the submission limit. The form will be unavailable after that number of submissions:

You can edit also the warning message that will appear after the submissions limit is reached.
