I believe you are referring to the email notifications. Wherein you will receive an email if someone fills up your form and hit submit.
So you want to change the email address or the recipient of the email notifications right?
Here's a guide on how to do it.
1. Click "Emails" button on the toolbar. After that, select the notification you want to edit.
2. The email notifications wizard will pop up. Click the "Reply-To and Recipient Settings" button at the bottom part of this window.
3. You can delete the current recipient email or add a new one.
