Why were all my forms suspended?

    "Form not found (Form is disabled) - This means the form was suspended for violating our Terms of Use. It is always advisable to read every single terms to avoid unnecessary problems. If you're the form owner, contact Jotform Support and explain the purpose of your form for your assistance."

    I have read over your Terms of Use several times and can not figure out how I am violating them. Please explain. Thank you!

    Your forms were suspended because on this form: http://www.jotform.us/form/50305677478160 you have included a Password field and it was detected by phishing scanner which has automatically suspended your forms.

    I've reactivated your account since I don't see that you're using this form for Phishing activities. However, I suggest that you either delete the Password field on the mentioned form or rename it to a different name like: ID or Key or a word that does not make your form like it's asking for login credentials.

    It seems to of happened again. Everything was fine until I created a new form tonight. I tried using different words this time so your system doesn't think I'm conducting phishing activities. I guess I still need to work on it. Please help.

    Hi,

    It seem that our anti-Phishing system detected this part of your form us suspicious.

    The reason why you are getting autosuspended by our system is that our form builders were not design to create forms that act as log in pages or fetches sensitive information, sensitive information includes log in credentials (ex. username and password), bank information, keys, credit cards and the likes. 

    I've re-activated your account again but please do remove the field that was violated and avoid creating similar field names to avoid being autosuspended by our system.
