I got email from JotForm saying JotForm Account Over quota. We are on starter plan. Please let me know what this means. Do I have to upgrade our account?

I see that you also have another thread (http://www.jotform.com/answers/507768) here in the forum related to usage and subscription plan?
Upon checking your account, I see that the limits or quota counter for you have already reset? Which is actually scheduled every first day of the month.
You can also check your counters by navigating to the Account menu.
