    Receiving Double Entries in Notifications?

    Hi folks, 

    Since the first minute that I sent out the form for people to register I am checking the form and the entries are all double. For each one of the registrations it shows double entries. 

    I have to manually delete each one of the repeat it ones. The participants clicked once per submissions and I did my "trial" one. It effectively shows the entry twice. Also affecting the number of maximum allowed per month. 

    Any advice on this?

    Upon checking your form and the email notification setting that it has, it seems that you missed a couple of important fields:


    This might be causing the system to double send the email alerts because there's no recipient email address set, and there's also no "Sender Name" which might cause bounce related issues.

    To edit this, navigate to "Emails" in your toolbar and edit a notification from there.
