    Adobe FormsCentral Replacement

    Hi, I have run the adobe forms central import tool.  I only seem to have half of my forms and no data whatsoever.  When I try to re-run the tool it says I am in a queue.... I have been like this for a day now.  Can you help?  Hoping you can.  Looking forward to working with JotForms.  Thanks so much.  Stuart.

    I understand Stuart that this might seem as taking a long time, but we have transferred over 500 accounts with forms and data, some alone having over 50 forms.

    Do note that our latest tools will transfer your jotforms in a manner of minutes (depending on the position in the queue).

    Also, I can assure you that all of your forms will be transferred and their data (if that is what you selected) just please be patient about it.

    To give you a sample of how fast it works: you should be able to get the forms within a minute or 2 while their data within 10 minutes (depending of course on the amount of data to process), but this time increases as more requests are added to our import system.

    Currently there are many people switching over, so I want to apologize if your import is delayed for a bit, but I trust that you will be more than happy with it once it is finished.
