    Stripe integration error

    Asked by JewishHumboldt on February 04, 2015 at 07:25 PM

    Even though the card goes through and charges successfully I get an error. Sometimes it works sometimes it says please wait on the submit button for a while and then:

    Oops!
    You cannot use a Stripe token more than once:

    Can you please try redo the Stripe integration process.

    Usually the Stripe token issue related to the secret API key. So, make sure you provide the proper keys. You can check the Stripe documentation about the API keys.

    Please inform us if the issue persist even after reintegrating already.

    Thanks.

    That didn't work but embedding an ifram rather than just a regular embed worked. Maybe there where other things on the page that were disturbing it?

    @JewishHumboldt

    Thanks for updating us and glad to hear the iframe worked.

    You're right, it could also be due to script conflict particularly the stripe script and the existing scripts on your page. Iframe shouldn't be a problem since the form is protected with an iframe container preventing any conflicts between your page and the form.

    Thank you!
