Conditional Logic not working.

I have a lot of conditional logic fields and they were working perfectly fine for the past week until now. As far as I am aware I have not changed anything that would affect the conditions and I have check all of them to make sure they are still correct in case I edited something by accident. For some reason none of the conditional logic related to the Address Fields or the Categories fields are working at all. I would greatly appreciate a fast resolution as this form is supposed to be made public tonight.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Apologies for the inconvenience, there was a bug in the conditions wizard early today but it is now fixed.

If you didn't resave the conditions after noticing the error it will be resolved. If you did save you may have to reselect the result output again, or you could roll your form back to a previous version using the "Revision History" feature. Here's a guide on how to revert to an earlier state of the form: http://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History.

    Again, apologies for the inconvenience.

    Kind regards.

Well the conditions are fixed but now I have lost around 6 hours of work as it seems to have reverted back to an earlier version. is there a way to get back my lost work? This is pretty infuriating as this form was supposed to be made public last night.

    Hi,

I do apologize for the inconvenience that this might have caused you. May I suggest if you could try reverting back to the version of the form where the problem started or at least the day it was finalized? See if the field deleted message is still there.

I believe this is the only way we can setup your form's conditions properly as the problem is a temporary bug with the patch that was applied.

Again my apologies, and I understand how much work was put into setting this up.
