How do I import Adobe Forms Central forms from multiple accounts?

I have multiple adobe forms central accounts.  I would like to import the forms from multiple accounts to my one JotForm account.  Is that possible?  Each time I access the import page, I am not prompted for my adobe forms user id.

Which browser are you using to access that page?  I would recommend you to use either Chrome or Firefox.

I would also recommend you to reset or clear your browser's cache.
