If you will check your email history, you will see that form emails are successfully delivered to your email address. With that being said, it's possible that the emails are filtered as spam and currently in your spam folder. Kindly check by accessing your Webmail access instead of your using your email client. If it's there, then please mark it as not spam to move it to your inbox.
