Your configuration is correct so you should have received the notification email when someone submits to your form.
If you will check your email history, you will see that form emails are successfully delivered to your email address. Here's how you can check that: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History. With that being said, it's possible that the emails are filtered as spam and currently in your spam folder. Kindly check by accessing your Webmail access instead of your using your email client. If it's there, then please mark it as not spam to move it to your inbox.
If nothing is in your spam folder, then it's possible that your email service provider is blocking the Jotform emails. If that's the case, whitelisting us should help. Here's how you can do that: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
