How do I update my forms submit button to include the item?

Asked by girlspursuingscience on February 07, 2015 at 11:58 AM

When customers make a purchase, I would like the name of the item to show up in paypal. I'm trying to get my paypal report to show what item was purchased

Have several items that cost the same amount of money, and there is no way to distinguish what was purchased.

You can use a Custom Field included in the Paypal Payment transaction

You can check also a similar discussion about on this thread.

In the payment transaction report, you should now be able to identify which items was purchased/paid.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

You need to select the Paypal field. Hit the gear icon and select "Show Properties".

In the Properties, you will see the custom field.

    Hope this helps. Thank you!
