Why is my form disabled?

    Every Time I Try to Open My Form it says Form Disabled Even though I Enabled it

    The form has been suspended by our phishing detector because you're asking for Instagram profile credentials and this is a violation of our terms of use.

    You must delete those fields from your form in order to get it enabled again.
