Below are the steps to help you on how to import the Adobe FormCentral for your info. It takes 10 minutes to import and also it depends on the volume of the forms and contents.
1. Navigate the Adobe FormCentral Page see images below for details.
1.1 Click "IMPORT FORMS" button
1.2 Click "CONTINUE" button to Import Both Forms and Responses.
2. Next steps, follow the instructions here.
I hope this would help.
Just to add, the import tools are now automated. They give the results right away. But the data import can take more time. So, after entering form URLs or login details, you will get the forms on your account within 1-2 minutes. But the data may arrive after 10 minutes.
This happens because we are getting lots of requests and it takes time to get the data and load it into the account. So, the jobs are queued and processed in the order they arrive. If there is nothing else in the queue and if you only have 10 submissions you will probably get it in few minutes. Otherwise it may take 5 minutes or 50 minutes. It depends on the waiting jobs.
Just like what have mentioned by another user above, you may want to check this blog post by our founder: http://www.jotform.com/blog/129-Import-Both-Your-Forms-and-Responses-in-a-Single-Step-from-Adobe-FormsCentral. Please do make sure to follow the instructions correctly to avoid problems.
