Hiding label not working

Hello guys,

I need your help, I manage to solved a problem of two languages in the same form, displaying in two different pages in my site, one in english and another in portuguese.

I used this solution I found here in other post:

just hidden the language dropdown

In English with dropdown hidden.

I worked perfectly. To link the accept terms link to two different pages I used the condition of hiding a label wen a language is chosen.

It worked perfectly for the portuguese but not in the english one,

Maybe it's because of the dropdown hidden... but it's strange that works in Portuguese and not in english.
