Hi is it possible to have a form url that has query string arguments that can be used to prepopulate a field on the form? I want to have one form used by multiple partners and the have the partner name on the form which is controlled by each partner having a unique query string value in the url?

    Hi there,

Please check this guide: Prepopulating fields to your JotForm via URL parameters

I believe it explains everything that you need. You can also use the app to generate a prepopulated form: http://prepopulate.jotform.io

Let us know if you need any help.

    Thank you!
