Users unable to Submit form, they're stuck at 'Please Wait'.. message

When someone goes to Submit their "How to Study the Bible Registration Form" on our website, they get a Please Wait message and the form never goes through.

We embedded this secure script:

For the time being, I have embedded a non-secure form (i.e., the default) on our website so a student can register. But we'd like to secure the form ASAP.

It's caused by a possible script conflict within the page. Please try re-embedding your form using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. If there's a script conflict, our iFrame method should help you fix it.
